Refund Policy

An Online refund may be provided only in condition, when the transaction is incomplete, meaning that the User package is not renewed, but payment has been deducted from the user's account. The amount will reflect in accounts after 7 days of the refund process is initiated.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our customer support. Please note the following terms:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to customercare@instanet.co.in or through our customer portal.
  • Prepaid amounts for unused periods may be eligible for refund as per the refund policy mentioned above.
  • Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Any outstanding dues must be cleared before cancellation can be processed.
  • Equipment provided by InstaNET must be returned in good condition within 7 days of cancellation.

Service Interruption

In case of service interruption due to technical issues from our end, customers may be eligible for compensation or credit as per our service level agreement. Please contact our support team to report any service issues.
